What You’ll Explore

Over the four weeks, you’ll be guided through a calm, structured movement practice drawn from Aikido, including:

  • Learning how to fall comfortably and safely

  • Developing balance, posture, and ease of movement

  • Practicing cooperative, non-forceful partner movement

  • Becoming familiar with the rhythm and structure of an Aikido class

Classes emphasize steady practice and repetition so that learning feels manageable, supportive, and sustainable. The focus is on developing awareness and confidence, rather than pushing or performing.
