What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable clothing like sweatpants and a T-shirt. We train barefoot on mats.

How long is the class?
One hour. Come 10 minutes early so we can welcome you.

Can I just watch first?
Absolutely. You’re always welcome to observe before joining in.
