Women's Alignment, Movement, and Awareness Course!

You’re officially registered for our four-week, women-only program focused on integrated, structured movement drawn from Aikido principles.

Over the next four weeks, you’ll explore integrated alignment, posture, balance, and cooperative partner movement in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Classes are designed to build awareness and confidence steadily through guided practice and repetition.

What to expect

  • Guided instruction in alignment, movement, and posture

  • Practice in safe, comfortable ways to get down, get up, and fall

  • Partner exercises that develop timing, awareness, and coordination

  • Clear structure and steady progression each week

  • Time for questions and individual guidance

 

How to prepare

  • Arrive a few minutes early for your first class

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement

  • No prior martial arts experience is required
