You’re officially registered for Women's Aikido Foundations, our structured four-week beginner course designed to help adults start Aikido safely, confidently, and with clear guidance from day one.

This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of Aikido practice—movement, posture, balance, and cooperative partner training—at a pace that supports learning, repetition, and understanding.

Training in safe falling, posture, and center alignment

Guided partner practice in a supportive, small-group setting

Clear instruction on dojo etiquette and training culture
