Covers all classes from March 9 through March 30.
This four-week, women-only program offers a calm, structured introduction to integrated alignment, movement, and awareness drawn from Aikido principles. Using guided, partnered practice, classes will explore posture and relaxed, efficient movement in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

No prior martial arts or fitness experience is required. This program is complete in itself and designed for women who want to move with greater ease, confidence, and presence.

What You’ll Explore
Designed for women who want to move with greater stability, confidence, and presence.
Over the 4 weeks, you be guided through exercises and movement drawn from Aikido practice that will help you:

Experience the calm energy of meditation that moves

Learn how to get down, get up, and fall safely - Aikido's greatest gift

Develop body awareness, alignment, and presence

Practice collaborative partnered movement exercises

Explore unique cultural elements of Aikido practice

Classes will emphasize steady and intentional practice and repetition so that learning feels manageable and sustainable. The focus is always on continuous personal improvement rather than competitive performance

Experience something more active than Yoga, but with similar mental and physical benefits

Explore a martial art safely and non-competitively

Return to a more gentle, sustainable martial arts practice after time away
No prior experience is required. This course is appropriate for a wide range of ages and fitness levels and emphasizes the development of mind/body awareness and self control rather than sports athleticism or force.
