AIKIDO NORTHWAY CONVENTION GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Learning Curve Integrative Arts LLC, dba Aikido Northway, 7b Bayberry Dr. Latham, NY 12110, info@aikidonorthway.com, (518) 217-5176.

2. Promotion Name
Aikido Northway Convention Giveaway.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on 06/21/2026 at 10:00 am and ends on 06/21/2026 at 5:00 pm.

4. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of New York who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend Albany Anime-Fest. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.

5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, donation, or class enrollment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning.

6. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form during the Promotion Period, either by scanning the QR code at the Sponsor’s booth or by submitting a paper entry form at the booth. Limit one entry per person.

7. Prize
One winner will receive: 

•  30-minute private intro lesson

• 3 free classes

• Aikido Northway t-shrit

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $185.

8. Winner Selection and Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 06/22/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days after the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10. Prize Conditions
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize must be used by 08/31/2026, if applicable.

11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s first name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the convention organizer, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for administration of the promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Marketing emails will only be sent if the entrant affirmatively opts in.

14. Disputes / Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

15. Winner List
To request the winner’s first name and prize information, send an email to [email] with the subject line “Convention Giveaway Winner Request” within 30 days after the drawing.
